By joining this Agreement and leaving their data on the website
https://panchemicals.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the User:
confirms that all data provided by them belongs to them personally;
confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read the Agreement and the terms and conditions for the processing of their personal data in full;
confirms that the text of the Agreement and the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data are clear to them;
consents to the processing by the Website of the personal data provided as part of the information for the purposes of concluding this Agreement between them and the Website, as well as its subsequent execution;
agrees to the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data without reservations or restrictions.
The user consents to the processing of their personal data, namely the actions provided for in clause 3, part 1, article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” and confirms that, in giving such consent, they are acting freely, of their own volition, and in their own interest. The User\'s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.
This consent of the User applies to the following personal data: surname, first name, and patronymic; telephone number; email address. The User grants the Website the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for the periods specified in regulatory documents for the storage of records, but not less than three years, from the date of termination of use of the services by the User; clarification (updating, changing); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of a court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be revoked by you by sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the email address

The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When changes are made to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The laws of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Website arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
